At A Wicked Life, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products to our customers. As a print-on-demand shop, our products are created uniquely for each order. This means shipping times and costs vary based on product type, order volume, and destination.
2. Production Time
Before shipping, we need time to produce your custom order. Typically, production takes between 3-7 business days. However, some items may require more time, especially during peak seasons.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with multiple carriers to offer the best shipping rates as shipping costs vary based on destination and product type.
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after production.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days after production.
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
A Wicked Life is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
A Wicked Life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
